Sweet Potato Wedges

Hey Love Bees! šŸ

Last week, we looked at some of the amazing health benefits of sweet potatoes, and today I thought Iā€™d share a few of my favourite recipes for making sweet potato wedges!

When I’m at home, I often enjoy making a bowl of sweet potato wedges for lunch – and I love them best when served with a crunchy side salad, and dipped in either hot sauce, guacamole or hummus!

All of the recipes that I’m sharing today are incredibly simple, healthy and delicious; and you’ll be pleased to know that they’re also gluten-free, oil-free and completely vegan too!

I really hope you enjoy!
