I’m Chrissy and this is my blog where I post my delicious vegan recipes and share my passion for holistic wellness and nutrition.
I’m a qualified nutrition coach and I love inspiring others to thrive and shine on a whole foods, plant-based diet. I believe in living simply, sustainably and vibrantly, and I enjoy creating tasty, homemade meals from an abundance of natural plant foods.
My love of healthy living was born from my struggle with chronic Lyme Disease and my journey to re-gain my health. This debilitating illness transformed my entire outlook on life and made me begin to question the consequences of the products I was consuming.
This led me to veganism and I soon adopted a cruelty-free lifestyle, for both the animals and the planet. I also began to treat my body to a colourful variety of foods including fruits, veggies, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds – which promote optimal human health.
Thankfully, after following a gruelling herbal treatment protocol and nourishing my body with a whole-foods, plant based diet, my health has greatly improved.
I now feel so incredibly grateful to be enjoying this beautiful lifestyle, and sharing what I’ve learnt with others, to help them feel great again too! ✨
